Per prima cosa, camminare spontaneamente i tempi, percependo la differenza tra tempi brevi e lunghi. La sensazione di spostare il peso del corpo e di adattarsi alle diverse durate coinvolge tutto il corpo e aiuta a prendere coscienza della misura.
